Foxy Ladies have several fun events planned for April: We will be attending a performance at the Ocala Civic Theater, "A Perfect Wedding", either March 31st or April1st, I will be calling to confirm, we will meet at 1pm at the community center for a 2 PM performance; Tuesday, April 3rd we will tour Arnette House, please meet at the Community Center at 10:30, AM for an 11:00 AM tour; Our annual Spring Fling will be held Wednesday, April 11th, 11 AM at the Community Center. It will be a pot luck, please bring a dish to share, all ladies from the community are welcome. We will also be hav-ing entertainment and a fashion show. Hope to see you all there for the festivities. April 13th and 14th, we will be hosting a bake sale at Tay-lor Hall, 8 AM - 4 PM, we will be calling for do-nations of food & schedule times for workers. Our tour of the Marion County Public Library was rescheduled for Friday May 4th, meet at the Community Center at 10:30 AM, we will be leaving promptly for an 11 AM tour. The Foxy Ladies have a box in each Clubhouse where they collect the pop tabs from soda, cat food, soup or any cans which they then recycle. They donate these funds to The Ronald McDonald House. Please try and remember to save them and bring them to either Clubhouse. We appreciate any help we can get for this great cause.

The group will be celebrating February and Valentine’s, President’s Day and Leap Year with a Spaghetti Dinner prepared by volunteer members. This will be held on Friday, February 17th. Social starting at 5:30 PM with dinner at 6:00 PM The donation is on a shared cost basis. The chairman for this year is Gerry Popp. Alice Furneison is in charge of operations and reservation and Mildred Wicks heads up hall arrangements. Alice will have a list of what everyone is bringing if you need to change your mind or did not sign up at the last gathering.

There will be bridge classes starting the 2nd Monday in February. This class is for beginners or for anyone that would like to brush up on their bridge. The class will begin at 1 PM and will be on a first come basis. The classes are limited in size, so call soon.
