From the Manager's Desk
Due to the fact that we have had a very dry spring, we will be enforcing the rule of no parking on grassy areas (including your own lot). Parking on the grass can kill it permanently. Let's keep our community Clean and Green so we can all be proud of our community.
HOME SALES REMINDER
This is a friendly reminder from the office that all residents in the process of selling their home must have the prospective buyer submit an appli-cation to the office. The sale cannot be final until they are approved by the office. Remember one of the safety features of living in our park is that all of us must undergo a background check.

From the Manager’s Desk
If you plan to have trees on your lot trimmed or removed, you need approval from management. Please submit your request in writing, including the name of the contractor and proof of his liability insurance. We will handle your request as quickly as possible

When you bring guests to the swimming pools, please remember to stop in the office to get a pool pass (wristband) for each guest. We are at the office from 9AM to 6PM Monday through Friday. Carolyn Keith (Phase I) and Karen Chippi (Phase II) have volunteered to register guests and issue wristbands on the weekends.
Remember, that whenever you have guests in our community, you are responsible for them going by our rules and regulations.

From The Managers Desk….Final Edition
Howard and I would like to say good-bye to all the Residents of Foxwood Farms. On October 7th we turned in our two weeks notice of resignation to our Supervisor. Our last day will be Friday October 21st. We feel that it is time for us to spend some time traveling and visiting loved ones. We have en-joyed our time here at Foxwood Farms.
There are a great number of people that we would like to thank for all that they do for the Commu-nity, just to list a few:
Darlene Whitkanack and the HOA Board, and all the members have been great to work with you as you have helped move the Community in the right direction.
Janet Black, the FSO Board, and members have kept everyone’s spirits high.
Don and Pam Foster and volunteers have taken on the challenge of the library, and we thank them for their work.
Evelyn Acker is always giving of her time and energy to our seniors and residents in need.
Barbara and Jerry Popp, for their hard work on the Newsletter.
Carol & Jim VandeVelde, for keeping the Directory up to date and distributed.
Let us not forget Becky and Mary Lou, our Bingo girls. What would Thursday night be without them?
To the Residents, we want to thank you for your kindness over the last 3 ½ years and know that we will miss all of you. Our home will still be here in Ocala, so we look forward to seeing you around town.
And last, but definitely not least, Bud, Randy and Benny, our Maintenance Team. We could not have done it without them. They are always there when they are needed.
Our best wishes are with you all.
Sincerely,
Howard and Rita Mathis
PS: Remember to make your rent check payable to Foxwood Farms, not Hometown America.

From The Managers desk:
Foxwood Farms had several new Residents join us in the last few months. We want to welcome them to our friendly Community and invite them to join in all the activities that the FSO has to offer.
Howard and I would like to send out a special "Thank You" to Lonnie and Donna Annes in Lot #105 for the thoughtful Remembrance of 9-11.
We were told that there was a good turn out. May we never forget the day, the families and how it has changed all our lives. Lonnie and Donna never seem to forget a special occasion. They dedicate their time, effort and money to giving our Community a time to fellowship around the seasons. We hope that everyone will join them when they have a special day or evening function, and bring a friend. Get to know your neighbors. They may be the ones who are your closest friends in time of need. Thank you again Lonnie and Donna!
We hope everyone is enjoying the new pool deck at Taylor Hall. Renovations of the Pump House are scheduled to begin construction on September19th. What a difference it will make.
Now, regarding Lot Rents, we ask everyone who pays with a check to please make them out to "Foxwood Farms" until further notice. Some will need to contact your bank if your bank sends us a paper check. All the Residents with EFT (Electronic Funds Transfer) that you signed up for through our office will remain the same until further notice.
You will be receiving your Annual Rent Increase Letter by the end of September showing any increase or decrease in Lot Rent, Fire or Waste Disposal fee and Ad valorem Tax. Please remember that you will need to add the 2012 Lot Rent + Fire Tax +Waste Disposal Fee together in order to know the amount of your new Lot Rent payment. If in doubt, please contact the office.
Please remember that we have a Lost and Found here at the office. If you find an item that belongs to someone else, please turn it in to the office. It may have sentimental value to the owner. We all need to "pay it forward," you never know when "YOU" may lose something valuable to you.
Thanks to Ana, Foxwood Farms own Mail Lady, the office now has a list of mailbox #'s and addresses for Phase II. So if you happen to see a set of keys hanging in a mailbox, make sure you get the unit # and box# to give me when you turn in the keys. This will make it possible for us to return them to their owner.
