FOXWOOD RESIDENTS, INC. (The Corporation) is a non-profit corporation under State of Florida Statutes, Chapter 723 governing mobile home parks. Its purpose is to speak for the homeowners in negotiations with the management and/or owners of the park. The Corporation is given a number of responsibilities under the statute, including under the appropriate circumstances, the bringing of suits against owners or managers on behalf of the residents. It also has the authority to sue for mediation. This is not a social organization-it is strictly a business endeavor.
