FOXWOOD FARMS WELCOMES SUSAN AMADEUS

Foxwood Farms has a new manager. Please welcome Susan Amadeus to our community. She said that when she walked in, she felt right at home and hopes to be here a long time.

Originally from New York, Susan has lived in Florida for 20 years and managed property for 17 years, most recently in Fort Lauderdale and Leesburg. Before that she worked for Swiss Air. Now she has her feet firmly on the ground and looks forward to making our community a wonderful place to live. The list that the Board compiled from the last Corporation meeting is already being worked on. She adds that she is open to your ideas about what would make our community a better place.

Welcome Susan! We hope you enjoy your time with us.

VETERANS DAY DINNER
Friday November 11th at 5:00 p.m.
It is that time of year when we feel fortunate to tell our veterans and their families how much we ap-preciated their service to our country. Myra Hernandez has created a tradition of good food, military displays, music and readings which never fails to bring some tears and some laughter. Although Myra won’t be with us this year, we are going to have this event in the Community Center. If you have memorabilia from your term of service, bring it to Linda Wood at 4839 Northwest 23rd Loop (352 xxx-xxxx) or Darlene Whitkanack at 4720 NW 19th Street between November 6th and November 9th. This will allow us to have everything displayed before dinner begins at 5:30. Bring a covered dish and your table service. We will provide drinks and a cake. There is no charge for this event, but please call Joanne Potts at xxx-xxxx and let us know how many are coming so we don’t run out of cake! Families are welcome.
